Ruler Drop Test
The Ruler Drop is an exercise to test the speed of your reactions and how fast your reactions are. To do this exercise will need a partner, a ruler and a corner of a bench to lean on. First of all rest your elbow on the table so that your wrist hangs of the side. Open your hand and get your partner to hold the end of the ruler making in dangle between your pointer finger and thumb. Make sure that the 0 on the ruler is inline with your hand. Your partner then will drop the ruler when you don't expect it and you have to try and catch the ruler as quick as you can. Once you have done that then record the distance the ruler fell. The smaller the number than quicker your reaction/reflex is. After doing this a few times I finally came to the score of 10, the table below shows me that my score was good. The ruler drop is an easy thing to do at home as you don't need that much equipment.
